So I just phone up or fill in your online sign up (request form) and will be given an order number. Then my system will then be picked up and sent to you?
Yes, that’s right! Just give us a call to make an appointment or fill in our online sign up and you will be given an order number and should have your system picked up the very next day. We will fix your system on the day we receive it and send you and e-mail with an invoice once the repair is complete. Once payment has been confirmed we will ship your system back to you! You'll have your system back within 24 hours!

How much do you charge for repairs?
All repair prices are £50 excluding vat

What if I’m local, do I still need to post my system?
No, we also offer a walk-in service while you wait!

How long will a repair take?

Our typical repair time is 40 minutes from when we have diagnosed the problem.

Should I pack the accessories?

Please only send in the console only, without any accessories, such as the hard drive, cables, power supply, etc.

Will I lose my saved games or other data?
Unless your problem is related to a faulty memory card or hard drive, you will not lose any of your saved games, profiles, or other information.

Do we prevent the problem coming back?
Yes! While repairing your system we do several upgrades to your to stop the problem coming back again in the future.

What kind of warranty do I get?
We give a 90 day warranty with all our repairs. If the problem does re occur within the warranty period then we will fix your system free of charge. Please see the warranty page here for more details.

I opened my consoles or removed the warranty seal. Will you still fix my Xbox 360?

Absolutely! We successfully repair over 95% of the Xbox 360 repair orders we receive, regardless of whether or not the console has been opened previously.

Why shouldn't I bring my Xbox 360 to my local computer or television repair shop?
Many TV and computer repair shops actually cause greater damage to the Xbox 360, as they don't have the specialized equipment, spare parts, training, or experience that we do.  We specialize in Xbox 360 repairs, so you'll know that your repair will be completed quickly and professionally the first time.

Do you accept international orders?

How long have you been around?
We began repairing the original Microsoft Xbox consoles back in 2001, and started offering Xbox 360 repair/refurbishing services in 2006.

Do you fix other consoles/handheld devices as well?
Yes! We fix almost all consoles, but we specialise in Xbox 360 and Playstation 3s. For our Playstaion service click here. If you have a different console or handheld device (wii, PSP, NDS ect) please give us a call to find out more.

 
 

OUR SERVICE

Give us a call 02033 847 352 or sign up here and request to post us your system. We will then ask for your full contact details as well as a desired pickup time. We will then schedule the pickup according to your request. Once the pickup is scheduled we will call or email confirmation of the pickup. We receive your system within 24 hours of the pickup. We will then repair the console the ame day and provide a PayPal invoice for the repair. Depending on when payment is received, your console will go out same or next day! When sending us your console, please only include the console only. We do not need ny of the cables or controllers. Please note that when we return your console, we may not be able to provide your original packaging.
