We will then schedule the pickup according to your request. Once the pickup is scheduled we will call or email confirmation of the pickup. We receive your system within 24 hours of the pickup. We will then repair the console the ame day and provide a PayPal invoice for the repair. Depending on when payment is received, your console will go out same or next day! When sending us your console, please only include the console only. We do not need ny of the cables or controllers. Please note that when we return your console, we may not be able to provide your original packaging. |
